The two generators are fairly similar but approach the issue of generation from different angles.
One is more for "random creatures" I want "X" number of creatures at a given CR.
The other is more for "random encounters". I want an encounter of X level given these restrictions (environment, creature type). Generate a random group of creatures that add up to approximately the right CR.
